Agencies and individuals posting listings are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided. BomaLand reserves the right to remove any content that is deemed fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of our quality standards.

4. Limitation of Liability

BomaLand is a discovery platform and does not act as a real estate agent. We are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from transactions between users on the platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
